About Episoph
Episoph was founded by Yemisi Olubobokun to help leaders turn strategy into results that last, through consulting, learning and practical books.
Our mission
Strategy should be simple enough for everyone to act on.
Results come from routines kept, not intentions announced.
Every idea we teach has to work inside a real organization.

Founder
Operational Excellence & Transformation Consultant
Yemisi Olubobokun brings more than 21 years of experience in leadership, transformation, operational excellence and change management. She spent 18 of those years at Schlumberger (now SLB), the global energy technology company, rising from consulting geoscientist to global operations performance manager.
Along the way she led teams and operations at country, regional and global level. As Services Manager for Nigeria and West Africa, she led more than 30 engineers, grew service revenue by 35% and retained every client. As Operations Integrity Manager for Europe, Africa and Asia, she raised service delivery to a consistent 90% standard and customer satisfaction above 90%. As Operations Performance Manager for the global business, her operational excellence team improved business-line performance by 20%, cut data incidents by 30% and increased project delivery efficiency by 20%.
Since 2023 she has worked independently, helping organizations navigate transformation: identifying business risk, leading change, and defining KPIs that connect daily performance directly to strategy. She founded Episoph to bring that work together in one practice: advising organizations, training their leaders and publishing the frameworks behind both.
Yemisi holds an MBA in Strategy and Transformation from ESSEC Business School, an MSc in Global Management from the University of Salford and a BSc in Geology from the University of Ilorin. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Six Sigma Black Belt, works fluently in English and French, and is the author of the Strategy to Execution series: Strategy for Leadership (December 2026) and Operational Excellence (2027).
