Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data episophconsults.com collects, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The data controller is Yemisi Olubobokun, Entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Episoph, 22 bis avenue du Bearn, 78310 Maurepas, France (SIRET 106 382 237 00019). Contact: contact@episophconsults.com.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email, organization (optional), topic and message, so we can reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps taken at your request before a contract.
- Newsletter, book launch and Academy waitlist: your email address, to send the updates you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any message or writing to us.
- Seven Pillars Self-Assessment: your answers are processed and stored only in your own browser. They are not sent to us, and the PDF report is created on your device. You can delete them by clearing your browser's site data.
- Technical data: like any website, our host processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Who receives your data
Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, Inc. (United States), and forwarded to our mailbox. To display the site's typefaces, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google). The assessment page loads its PDF tool from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Where data is transferred outside the European Union, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to three years after our last exchange.
- Mailing-list emails: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The self-assessment uses your browser's local storage to save your progress; it stays on your device.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@episophconsults.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
